Chef Barb Karr, (Dinner @ Your Door), made this elegant spread

Salmon Paté

This recipe was modified from Taku Smokeries Famous Paté, by Barb Karr, and is now a standard with her customters.  It's a real crowd pleaser for appetizers or as a party dip



Ingredients
1 lb. Smoked sockeye salmon
16 oz. cream chese, softened
3/4 cup mayonaise
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill weed
  few pinches black pepper

Preparation

Remove skin and finely shred the smoked salmon. Add softened cream cheese in small chunks. Process all ingredients in food processor.

Enjoy on crackers, bagels, or bread.  Barb likes to pipe this onto Toastettes.
